You retain full ownership of the AI-generated films and other content you upload to Lumina. Lumina does not claim ownership of your creative work.
By uploading content, you grant Lumina a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, stream, and distribute your content to Lumina users. This license ends when you remove your content from the platform.
Creators can receive tips from viewers and set up recurring subscriptions. Lumina processes payments via Stripe on your behalf. The platform fee and payout schedule are disclosed in your creator settings.
You are responsible for ensuring your uploads comply with applicable laws and Lumina’s content guidelines. Content that infringes third-party rights, is harmful, or is misleading will be removed and may result in account termination.
Lumina is a platform for AI-generated film. By uploading, you confirm that your content is primarily AI-generated or AI-assisted, in keeping with the platform’s mission.
