Reporting Infringement

If you believe content on Lumina infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, and your signature.

How to Submit a Notice

Send your DMCA notice to our designated agent via the Help & Support section in the Lumina app. We will process valid notices promptly and remove infringing content.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement of good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake.

Repeat Infringers

Lumina will terminate accounts of users found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
