Effective 1 January 2025 — By using Lumina you agree to these terms.
Lumina is a streaming platform for AI-generated short films. You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You may not upload content that is illegal, violates third-party rights, contains explicit or harmful material, or is designed to deceive or mislead. Lumina reserves the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.
You retain ownership of your original creative work. By uploading to Lumina, you grant a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the platform. You may remove your content at any time.
Tips and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Lumina collects payments on behalf of creators and distributes payouts. The platform fee is disclosed at checkout.
Lumina is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumina is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Lumina after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
