Welcome to Lumina. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — we've written them in plain language on purpose.
Lumina is a streaming platform for AI-generated cinema, operated by Seven Lights AI Cinema. We're building a space where AI creators can share their work and get paid fairly for it.
You must be 13 years or older to use Lumina. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it. If you notice any unauthorized access, let us know immediately via Help & Support.
When you upload a film or other content to Lumina, you keep ownership of it. You grant Lumina a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
You are responsible for ensuring your content:
• Is AI-generated or properly licensed
• Does not violate anyone else's copyright
• Does not contain illegal material or graphic violence
• Accurately discloses the level of AI and human involvement
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.
Lumina requires creators to disclose the AI tools used in each film and the approximate percentage of AI vs. human editing. This transparency report is displayed publicly on every film. Falsifying this information is a breach of these terms.
Tips are live on Lumina. Viewers can tip any creator $1–$500 per transaction. Tips go 100% to the creator and are processed by Stripe. Payouts occur on a rolling ~2-day schedule to your connected Stripe account.
Future ad revenue sharing: Lumina's platform share will be 30%; creators receive 70%. These terms will be confirmed before any ad monetization feature launches.
You are responsible for your own tax obligations on all income earned through Lumina.
Creator subscriptions are live on Lumina. Viewers can subscribe to individual creators for a monthly fee set by the creator. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe and collected by Lumina on the creator's behalf, with payouts on a rolling ~2-day schedule.
Lumina's platform share on subscriptions is 30%; creators receive 70%. You are responsible for your own tax obligations on all subscription income earned through Lumina.
Subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
You may not:
• Upload content you don't have rights to
• Attempt to manipulate view counts, likes, or engagement metrics
• Impersonate other users or creators
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform
• Use the platform to distribute spam or malware
• Circumvent any security or authentication measures
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
Your privacy matters to us. We collect only the information needed to operate the platform — account details, film metadata, and usage data to improve recommendations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

The Lumina name, logo, and platform design are owned by Seven Lights AI Cinema. You may not reproduce or use these without permission. All films and creative content uploaded to Lumina remain the property of their respective creators.
Lumina is provided "as is" during the Public Preview phase. We make no guarantees about uptime, data retention, or feature availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seven Lights AI Cinema is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app. Continued use of Lumina after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
When a third-party studio, tool, or partner integrates with Lumina (for example, connecting an AI generation pipeline or content creation tool), the following applies:
• Creators retain ownership of any content they produce, regardless of which tools were used to make it.
• Lumina's license to host and distribute content (Section 3) applies equally to content made through integrated tools.
• Integration partners do not acquire rights to content uploaded by creators, and Lumina does not acquire rights to the partner's underlying technology.
• The specific terms of any integration or partnership will be set out in a separate written agreement. In the event of conflict, that written agreement governs.
Either party to an integration or partnership agreement may exit with 30 days' written notice unless the separate agreement specifies otherwise.
